Meet Harwinder Singh, He was living in Poland and come back to India due to emergency but his residency expired in India.

Harwinder Singh’s wife is a citizen of Poland, and he previously resided in Poland on a residence permit. After returning to India in 2024, his residency expired and he could not go back to Poland. He had well established business in poland.

Although currently based in India, he continues to operate a successful business in Poland he approached us in May 2025 to apply for a Poland dependent visa.
